    This workshop is a must for small business owners who shudder at the though of asking a stranger to pay them money. The class will help you over come your fears and learn skills to turn your sales efforts into ORDERS. The seminar is divided into TWO ( 2 )  sessions designed to give the participant an understanding of the Selling Process.
 
 Process to include:

Session 1 (November 17, 2009 / 9:00am - 12:00pm)

•  Effective Cold Calling... what to say to get an appointment.
•  How to get around the gate keeper.                         
•  When I do get an appointment.. then what do I say         
•  How do I present my product or service

Session 2 (November 18, 2009 / 9:00am - 12:00pm) 

•  What if I'm told NO. How to handle objections 
•   Convert objections into a sale
•  Create customer focused solutions
•  How do I close the sale for the order
  
   You will be exposed to multiple exercises to reinforce the Selling Process discipline and participate in developing your own sales presentation. With other small business owners you will experience a “mock” sales call to demonstrate the sales process.
