The class is designed to give the participant an understanding of the Selling process to include: · Effective Cold Calling... what to say to get an appointment.· How to get around the gate keeper.· When I do get an appointment... then what do I say.· How do I present my product or service.· What if I'm told NO. How to handle objections.· Convert objections into a sale.· Create customer focused solutions.· How do I close the sale for the order.You will be exposed to multiple exercises to reinforce the Selling Process discipline and participate in developing your own sales presentation. With other small business owners you will experience a "mock" sales call to demonstrate the sales process.
