    This workshop is conducted in a 6 hour session at  DeVry University.

    This workshop is conducted in two four hour sessions at DeVry University
       on consecutive Monday and Thursday evenings. Registering for the first session
       includes the registration  for the second session

Selling for Success and Survival

         This workshop is designed to give the participant an understanding of the Selling
       process. The participants will be exposed to the sales plans necessary for their
       particular service or product then see and experience a “mock” sales call to
       reinforce the total selling process.

      Getting the Appointment
               1.  Help you understand and appreciate how important cold calls are to your
                    success and improving your sales.
                2. Give you practical ideas about how to be more successful and use the cold call
                    to get appointments.
                3. Give you a "script" to follow to success and practical ideas for delivering the
                    presentation.
                4. Give you a chance to write and practice your "script" here. Selling Skills and

      Selling Skills and Techniques
                1. Getting the attention you need.
                2. Creating the interest you need
                3.  Exercise - Getting attention and creating interest

       Investigating the needs and suggesting courses of action.
            
1. Understanding and appreciating the importance of features, benefits, and attributes
                2. Identifying the features, benefits, and attributes of your product and service
                3. Exercise - developing and presenting.

       Getting a Conviction - Objections and Responses
